Intelligent Communications Circuits and Systems (ICCAS) Lab

 

自2008年以来,在欧美顶级研究所、业界公司工作多年,有丰富的科研以及产业经验。IEEE国际固态电路会议(ISSCC),固态电路期刊(JSSC),电路与系统期刊(TCAS)等顶级会议、期刊发表论文30余篇,申请并获得多项国际专利。

Over 12 years of experience in world-leading research institute and technology company, leading cutting-edge R&D projects in wireless connectivity and internet of things. Published 30+ research papers on top IEEE journals and conferences, including ISSCC, JSSC and TCAS-I/II, granted several key US and European patents.

  • 射频与混合信号集成电路与系统 Radio Frequency & Mixed-Signal Integrated Circuits and Systems

  • 数字射频集成电路技术,包括全数字锁相环,数字射频发射器,时域信号处理接收机等 Digital RF Technology including All-Digital Phase Locked Loop, Digital Transmitter, Time-Domain Receiver, etc.

  • 自主式万物智联、物联网节点与系统 Autonomous Internet of Things Nodes and Systems

  • 无线感知、增强现实芯片与系统 Integrated Systems for Wireless Sensing, Augmented Reality Applications

  • 应用于人工智能、智慧医疗的可穿戴微型设备以及脑机接口 Wearable and Implantable Miniature Devices for Biomedical Applications and Brain-Machine Interfaces
